We optimize based on a combination of symptoms and labs, therefore, labs are required in our office. Oftentimes, patients will not have the panel we are looking for.

We offer creams, micronized capsules, some injectables, and troches. We do NOT offer pellet therapy.
Results are gradual and most feel some changes around three months. Full effects will gradually happen over time.
We encourage all patients to continue seeing their PCP annually for visits.
We require 6 months minimum. Our hormones are complex and will take time to adjust and optimize.
There is a 50% chance that your symptoms will return if you stop BHRT.
